Qinghe set three pages on the treatment table: external injuries, imposed formation pressure, and costs from chosen methods. She placed Yan’s cheek and palm cuts on the first page. Lin’s channel bruising and Du’s dislocation went on the second. The third recorded Yan’s Foundation method and the expected collapse, followed by the stronger structure his body gained.
“Why separate the pages?” Wei asked.
“Because the source matters,” Qinghe said. “The floor line pressed Lin’s channels. The panel cut Yan’s hand. The method he chose was supposed to collapse his foundation. Those are different events.”
“Can these pages be kept with the examination report?”
“The candidates may see their own notes. They can choose whether to share them.”
Lin sat on the stool with one arm resting on a folded cloth. “I want the pressure injury included. It explains why I withdrew from the next course.”
Qiao stood beside the door with his shoulder wrap in place. “List the panel bruise, but don’t call it a fall. I didn’t fall.”
Qinghe wrote both requests on the margin. “I’ll describe what happened in your words.”
